01 — The core idea
Every strong media project for a national audience starts not with a camera and not with a budget. It starts with a question:
Why would anyone watch this?
Because they will see themselves in the participant.
Participant portraits
Rockey Dyes is a minister, speaker and entrepreneur, and the founder of DyesNoir Inc. His daily R.E.A.L. Talk is built on three themes — faith, leadership and purpose.
But to carry this message to a mass national audience, daily posts and sermon-style talks are not enough.
The message has to become media.
Our approach is to show R.E.A.L. Talk through real human stories in a Reality show / Transformation show format.
Not to explain life change in the abstract, but to let the viewer see:
- Person
- Problem
- Sessions with Rockey
- R.E.A.L. Talk in action
- Change
This is how a message with depth becomes a clear, emotional and scalable media story.
02 — Product and format
The show’s main asset is not the information itself.
Our working hypothesis is a Reality show about real people, their life problems, their inner conflicts and how they change through their sessions with Rockey.

Emotion as the engine
It is a human story in which viewers recognize themselves.
03 — Promotion and growth
We build a distribution system around every episode.
We don’t make a show just so it can “sit on YouTube.” One core episode becomes dozens and potentially hundreds of standalone pieces of content.
Dozens → hundreds of pieces of content
-
01
Full-length YouTube episodes
The core media asset. They build depth, trust, a content library, the foundation of the brand and repeat viewing.
We own the topics, the title and thumbnail logic, retention structure, analytics, iteration and growth through platform recommendations.
-
02
Short-form distribution
Every episode goes out to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat Spotlight and Snapchat Stories.
This isn’t mechanical clipping: each piece gets its own hook, its own structure, its own payoff, a call to action and native adaptation.

03
Affiliate marketing and clippers
Our own resource: a network of 1,000+ affiliates. We add it as an extra layer: we bring experience managing a decentralized content distribution network.
Based on our internal data
2B+ views for our own media200M+ views for client projectsThe resource allows us to aim for hundreds of millions of additional views — after confirming a working creative formula, platform rules, acquisition economics, available budget and the quality of the source material.
-
04
Snapchat
A separate native platform, not a TikTok repost: Spotlight, Stories, creator tools, monetization and more touchpoints with audiences across the U.S.
-
05
Paid scaling
Switched on for creatives with a positive organic signal: faster hypothesis testing, scaling the best creatives, retargeting and repeat touchpoints.
-
06
PR and news hooks
Built in before filming: conflict, an unexpected confession, an insight, an emotional turn, a controversial question, a culturally relevant topic.
After release — media outlets, community pages, reaction creators, podcasts, discussions.
-
07
Existing YouTube channel Optional
If a suitable media asset is available, we can consider acquiring it or taking over control — after auditing its audience, geography, content history, strikes and fit with the concept.
An optional infrastructure hypothesis.
04 — Viewer journey
We build a system where attention doesn’t end after a single video.
Rockey Dyes × Media
America doesn’t need another feed to scroll past.
It needs a media product people want to watch before they decide to buy anything.
R.E.A.L. Talk has depth. Our team has the creative expertise, tools and distribution infrastructure to turn that depth into a large-scale media asset.
We’re not offering to simply film a show. We’re offering to build a new audience-acquisition machine around R.E.A.L. Talk.
